St. Clare recognizes that in order to provide quality care, staff must consistently perform well beyond administration of medication and provision of treatments. The wide array of services offered is accomplished not only by nursing staff, but many other disciplines including wellness, social services, culinary, laundry, housekeeping, maintenance and business office staff. Physical, occupational and speech therapies are available on campus.
Our staff of professional nurses (registered nurses and licensed practical nurses) and nursing assistant/registered are available 24-hours a day to provide the assistance you need.
St. Clare Care Center Skilled Long Term Care
St. Clare provides 24 hour skilled nursing care delivered by a team of attentive professionals. We integrate team members with wellness, social services, culinary, plant operations, and the business office to ensure we are caring for the whole person, not just their medical needs.
Westview Transitional Care Short Stay Rehabilitation
The Westview Transitional Care Unit is a short-stay unit providing an array of services through our interdisciplinary team to get you back on the road to recovery and achieve durable and sustainable outcomes that last. Receive individualized care in a supportive environment to make your transition back to health as smooth as possible.
Outpatient Therapy
Our team of therapists is here to get you back up and going! We offer physical therapy, occupational therapy and speech therapy on our campus.
Villages of St. Clare Assisted Living Facility
Enjoy the comforts of home in your own one or two-bedroom apartment complete with full kitchen, bathroom, living room and private outdoor patio. Our caring staff help customize services based just on what you need, and our social programming allows you to stay active with our wonderful community of residents.
